CASE PROBLEM VI: Analysis of
3 correlations predicting frictional pressure drop
Problem statement: The user searches
for the best correlation, either Larachi et al. (1991), Attou
et al. (1999) or TB_ANN09 (TrickleBed_Artificial Neural Network
09) correlations which would predict correctly frictional pressure drop
for conditions approaching those specified in Case
problem I.
1) Extract the general characteristics of the 3 studied
correlations based on all frictional pressure drop
data available in the integrated databank.
2) Extract the general characteristics of the 3 studied correlations
based on the frictional pressure drop data fulfilling
the specifications of Case problem I.
