DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. Multi_R_Designer Demo package  (program, data bank and documentation, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "PROGRAM") is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the PROGRAM is borne by you. Should the PROGRAM prove defective, you and not LAVAL UNIVERSITY assumes the entire cost of any service and repair. In addition, the security mechanisms implemented in  the PROGRAM have inherent limitations, and you must determine that the PROGRAM sufficiently meets your requirements. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of the agreement. Some Jurisdictions Do Not Allow Exclusions Of An Implied Warranty, So This Disclaimer May Not Apply To You And You May Have Other Legal Rights That Vary By Jurisdiction. 


SCOPE OF GRANT.
You may:
- use the PROGRAM on one or more machines at a time
- make copies of the Program for backup purposes.
You may not:
- use or copy the PROGRAM except as provided in this license;
- post the PROGRAM electronically;
- modify, merge, or distribute the PROGRAM;
- reverse assemble, reverse compile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code and data bank of the PROGRAM or create derivative works based on the PROGRAM
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the PROGRAM
- sublicense, rent, lease, distribute or assign the PROGRAM.

TITLE. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the PROGRAM shall remain in LAVAL UNIVERSITY and/or its suppliers. The PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the PROGRAM is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.
